Life as a Full Boarder
A key role in fostering the growth and social and cultural integration of the female boarders is the educator, who organises and manages the activities of the class until the end of the day boarding activities, after which the full boarding period begins.
The educational staff present during this period becomes a veritable point of reference for the girl students, responding to their every need and carefully and judiciously managing the delicate phase and night period of full boarding school life.
In particular:
- Promotes socialisation, dialogue and listening within the community;
- Promotes a positive relational social climate;
- Consolidates respect for rules and proper conduct;
- Creates optimal environmental conditions for the continuation of studies.
